CVCU and KSCU have collaborated for many years. We believe there could be additional opportunities when our operations and resources are aligned. CVCU members voted in favour of the proposed merger with KSCU. 694 CVCU members voted and 78% of those votes cast were in support of this merger. CVCU rules or bylaws require that 2/3 of eligible members voting must vote in favour in order for the special resolution to pass. CVCU members were able to vote online or in-person from November 14 to 28, 2025. We thank CVCU members for taking the time to share their voice and cast their vote.
